Ordering & Payment
All products in this webshop are in stock and will be shipped within 1-2 working days after ordering.
You can check the shipping costs per EU country in the shopping cart before making a purchase.

You can pay securely with iDeal, CreditCard, Belfius, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Sofort Banking, Apple Pay and PayPal.
We also accept Bank Transfers. Send us your order by e-mail and we will send you our bank details.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your order.

Shipment, Delivery & Customs
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via PostNL with Track & Trace. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Delivery times may vary from 2-7 business days from the shipping date of your order, depending on the destination.
In the event of non-collection due to the recipient's responsibility, the total shipping costs, including those for the return of the package,
will be retained from any refund.

We only ship within the European Union.
We ship from the Netherlands. Orders for delivery within the European Union are free of customs charges.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day on which the goods
were delivered to you. Before returning the order, please contact us first via info@vannamori.com.

Products must be returned in their original, clean, saleable condition, with tags and must be unworn, unwashed, unused and free of perfume residues.
Please note that custom-cut fabrics cannot be returned unless there are product defects or quality issues.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the products.
Returned packages are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
A final inspection will be carried out to check that all products are in original condition before we process your return.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Once we have approved your return, we will refund you within 5 business days using the same payment method you used to pay.
